The Chief Nabil Naili, is Parisian of Algerian origin, he grew up surrounded by popular culture and family culinary traditions, developing a passion for good food and sharing from a very young age. Trained in Paris, he honed his skills in prestigious establishments, notably at Le Bœuf sur le Toit, then alongside Jean Imbert, as well as in the world of Paul Bocuse, where he perfected his technique and attention to detail.
Today, at the helm of the culinary identity of Solis, he offers a generous and accessible cuisine, blending French tradition and Mediterranean inspirations, where each plate tells a story revisited with modernity and sincerity.

A wonderful discovery. Excellent dishes, top-notch cocktails, and lovely staff. When booking online, we asked if it was possible to have a table a little further away, and that's what awaited us when we arrived.
