For the December 31, 2025, we are pulling out all the stops with a 5-step menu Designed to surprise and delight your taste buds. At Solis, each dish is an invitation to travel, and what better way to enhance this experience than with a perfect pairing of food and wine, and a pairing of food and Champagne?
