Amine Ifakren - The Chef of Solis

Introduced to the culinary arts at a very early age by his grandfather, a great lover of the arts of the table, Amine Ifakren grew up in a world deeply marked by gastronomy.

Originally from Oujda and heir to a dual Moroccan-Algerian culture, he trained at the hotel school in his hometown before moving to France to perfect his expertise at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute.

His career then took him to prestigious international establishments, such as the Sofitel Marrakech and the Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca, then to France, to the Meurice, the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra and the Molitor Paris.

Today, Amine Ifakren puts his ambition and passion at the service of adventure Solis, alongside a sunny and talented team. Its modern cuisine draws its inspiration every day from the richness of its Mediterranean heritage.

What are your opening hours and how do I book?

Solis Bar and Restaurant is open Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm. To reserve a table, contact us at 01 55 37 55 37, contact@restaurantsolis.com, or via our online reservation form.

We are located at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel, in the 17th arrondissement. The nearest metro stop is Ternes (line 2).

Yes, we offer two lunch options: starter & main course or main course & dessert for €31, as well as a full menu of starter, main course & dessert for €40.

We offer a wide selection of wines (white, red, rosé, sparkling, and orange) from across the Mediterranean. Our cocktails, crafted by a mixologist, offer a palette of unique flavors. You'll also find a selection of beers and spritzers, hot drinks, and many non-alcoholic options.

Yes, we offer a Happy hour Monday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with :

  • Selection of beers and wines at 6 EUR
  • Spritz for 12 EUR
  • Discounted cocktails
