From Saturday, June 29, let yourself be carried away by a vibrant and sunny atmosphere, perfect for getting together with friends or family. The setting of Summer by Solis is like the Solis restaurant: warm and welcoming. It's the perfect place to escape for an afternoon or evening, while remaining in the heart of Paris.

Summer by Solis is not just a terrace, we have some surprises in store for you! Adjacent to the conference spaces, this secret terrace is exceptionally open to the public to offer you moments of sharing & pleasure throughout the summer. Solis, in Latin, means sun, and it's no coincidence! The setting of Solis perfectly reflects our cuisine: warm, welcoming, and inspired by the colors and textures of the Mediterranean. Mediterranean cuisine is a cuisine that brings people together, that exudes joie de vivre and conviviality. Solis is a lively place, which evolves throughout the day: in the morning, bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, and in the evening, offering a more subdued and intimate atmosphere. The raw materials, warm colors and abundant greenery add to this enchanting decor. For our terrace it's the same, we want the atmosphere to be chill, in sharing & joy with homemade food & a great selection of drinks!

Yes, we offer a varied drinks menu with Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne, as well as different cocktails, wine and soft drinks! What's better than homemade cuisine for a perfect combo: cold mezzes with tarama, hummus, baba ganoush and a fatoush salad for maximum sharing. If you're the team I can't decide, take the tray! We also offer two different club sandwiches: one with salmon & one with pastrami.
Don't forget the touch of indulgence with a chocolate mousse to share or not - homemade ice cream - a pastry of the day made in-house and with love!
